What does Central Florida Cares Health System, Inc. (CFCHS) do?
CFCHS is the Managing Entity for Brevard, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. CFCHS oversees over providers that render mental health and substance use services.
Would you post our organization’s resources on your website?
In addition to the Network Providers contracted with Central Florida Cares Health System, Inc., there are other agencies and organizations that will provide additional education, resources, and encouragement. CFCHS does not contract with these organizations; therefore, they are not listed on our website. CFCHS suggests that agencies interested in being list on a listserv contact 211.
How do I access FACT services?
FACT services are offered in Orange, Osceola and Brevard counties. To see if you qualify for services, please contact the FACT Team directly as listed below.
