Good Afternoon.
Thank you for your interest in becoming part of Central Florida Cares Health System, Inc. (CFCHS) subcontracted network for the Opioid State Targeted Response (STR).
Currently, all of our STR funds are obligated in contracts for this grant period. However, CFCHS is anticipating lapse and if this lapse is allowed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to carry forward into the second year, then CFCHS will post a request for proposals on our website at: http://centralfloridacares.org/providers/procurements/ Please visit our website regularly for funding opportunities.
To determine if your organization is eligible please complete and submit the Eligibility Form, click here. Determination of non-eligibility does not prohibit an organization from forming collaborative partnerships and/or referral relationships with the CFCHS Network. CFCHS Network Providers can be found at http://centralfloridacares.org/
Substance abuse licensure is handled by the Department of Children and Families. Organizations must be licensed by the Department of Children and Families for Medication Assisted Treatment. Should you need information related to substance abuse licensure please contact Shivana Rameshawr at Shivana.Rameshwar@myflfamilies.com
Additionally, organizations must be listed on the SAMHSA OTP (Opioid Treatment Program) directory. The SAMSHA website for OTP information: https://www.samhsa.gov/medication-assisted-treatment/opioid-treatment-programs
Again, thank you for your interest.
