We are open 24/7 and offer no cost, confidential assessments. We offer art therapy, music therapy, recreational fishing (program specific), and many other engaging activities to help promote mental wellness. Tour Highlights: Our residential program in St Cloud is for substance use and mental health. The majority of our population are Veterans. All individuals are homeless or chronically homeless, most are justice involved in some way. Our Outpatient program in Kissimmee has a Veterans case management program for supporting Veterans transitioning into permanent housing. We also have a DOC probation program and work with Florida Safety Council and DCF to provide substance use and mental health. Our SSVF program provides services to Veterans and families that are homeless or on the brink of homelessness to ensure permanent housing and supportive services. Our 4 Reentry centers in Florida also have a substance use component that provides substance use outpatient counseling to up to 50 individuals in each program and groups such as life skills and vocational programming to help them transition back into society.

Tour Highlights: During this tour, we’ll provide details about community donations that make up our Hope Room to provide basic needs like clothing and shoes to families in need. We will also have staff present on how services are offered for primary prevention models in the school setting, how parents are provided parenting classes, and how case managers work with the community to help provide housing stability. We could also offer to do one of our primary prevention activities with your staff to get the hands on experience of how we bring these lifeskills to life.
