What does Central Florida Cares (CFC) do?

CFC is the Managing Entity for Brevard, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. CFC oversees over providers that render mental health and substance use services.

Would you post our organization’s resources on your website?

In addition to the Network Providers contracted with Central Florida Cares, there are other agencies and organizations that will provide additional education, resources, and encouragement. CFC does not contract with these organizations; therefore, they are not listed on our website. CFC suggests that agencies interested in being list on a listserv contact 211.

How do I become a network provider?

How do I access FACT services?

FACT services are offered in Orange, Osceola and Brevard counties. To see if you qualify for services, please contact the FACT Team directly as listed below.
