Important Disclaimer: While submissions of interest are always welcome, it does not guarantee a contract and/or funding with CFC. Please note, acceptance into our network is contingent upon available funding, alignment with identified service needs, successful completion of our credentialing process, and a history of acceptable performance. Also, note CFC cannot contract with for-profit organizations unless it’s for opioid related services.
